Budget Analysis: Our expertise in job costing can assist clients in realizing a budget.  Our desire is to insure our designs can be maximized with the most potential.

Construction Documentation: Our documents are prepared using AutoCAD and can be shared with our client’s consultants or used alone.  We can provide large full service Interiors packages to small workroom and shop drawing packages.

FF&E Specifications: Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment specification packages detailed with all project information will be provided to owner and necessary consultants and contractors.  All specifications will be professionally organized and updated throughout the process.

​Purchasing & Procurement:
Purchasing services are defined per client and per project based on the overall needs.  PMI provides full service purchasing & procurement management, leaving the ordering, follow up phone calls, payments, receiving and inspection processes for us to manage; allowing our clients to rest assured all things will be delivered and installed with professional supervision.

Construction Administration:
We provide project management throughout the design build and construction process communicating with contractors, providing supplementary information as needed, walking the jobsite and providing quality control.

Payte Miller Interiors recently completed a redesign of the interior and exterior improvements and fixtures at the “Positano” condominium building in La Jolla, CA. PMI was hired by the HOA to refresh the property’s prominent common areas implementing a more contemporary and coastal design theme. This included work to the main entrance, lobby, and residential corridors.

Throughout the design, budgeting, and project execution phases of the project Shannon exceeded all of our expectations.
