Project Description

Concept design can be everything for a developer and for the Truax Hotel, this is exactly where Payte Miller Interiors came into the mix.  Going through the process of feeling out the market trends along with the target market is critically important to any boutique hotel.  The beginning concept helps further and fine tune the final design.  Renderings such as these are helpful to understand the scale, orientation of the furniture, ceiling heights, finish materials and natural & artificial light sources.  Taking the time to generate these renderings can be time consuming, and costly for the developer and should be considering in the financials as a necessary professional services.
