I have so enjoyed working and learning along side Shannon. In addition to having a keen creative eye full of ideas, she is so easy to work with, always organized (very important to me), punctual, communicative, manages expectations w quotes / estimates, has great listening skills, is able to help me narrow down options in a matter of minutes and is flexible. What I appreciate most is that she honors my preferences while introducing new ideas to have me consider.
Due to my relatively small space and it being my first time w a remodel (learning about materials, verbiage, and trying to stay within my budget range), I managed the cabinetry / countertop / paint phase of the condo. In hindsight, I would have rather Shannon managed the process due to my hectic full time job schedule and having to learn quickly about the flow / sequencing of items to order, vendors to coordinate, etc. That said, she is adaptable to serve a role as a consultant or to manage a large project.
I know she has extensive experience in both residential and commercial properties (hospitality) which is quite impressive! The amount of knowledge and insight Shannon encompasses from fabrics to appliances is astounding!
Hands down, Shannon will continue to be my designer for future properties. I am so incredibly happy with how my project is coming along and am counting down the days for my interior pieces to arrive!
